Raduga RC
Raceway and Rotor Club are glad to invite you and your team to the first
international RC Off-road Event in Russia which will take place in the heart of
European part of Russia June 21-23, 2013.
Our team will
be pleased to see all international buggies racers of all levels in Russia to
make the best race within absolutely ecological clean area with wild nature
around. So if you want to switch off
yourself from big city issues and to spent few days with your friends in hobby
you are welcome to Russian Extreme Race 2013.
RACEWAY SUMMARY
The Raduga
(rainbow) RC facility is RC facility built from the ground up to be one of the
best in Russia. Built and operated by Hobby Center South Company it is placed
in the center of European part of Russian Federation in beautiful valley close
to Bolshoy Vyas village.
Nowadays, the facility consists
of the following parts
All RC areas
are provided with 220V electricity power. There is also a cleaning area with pressured
air and water.
SECURITY
We provide a
24-hour security guard service for the duration of the event (No Russian Bear on the raceway!). All territory
is privately held.
TRACK
315-320 meters
long, 3.5-5 meters wide. Clay. 110 mm pipe as border. Estimated lap time 45 s.
DRIVERS’ STAND
The drivers’
stand design measures a length of 14m long x 3 m deep made of wood.
The drivers’
stand and track are oriented so that the drivers will face north, minimizing
the amount of possible direct sun glare for the drivers. Technical inspection room is placed on the
ground floor. First floor is on the
height of 3 meters provides enough space for 12 pilots and equipped with 2
stairways.
Second Floor
is intended for timekeeping area and referee.
PIT AREA
The facility
has been designed with a permanent pit area. The permanent pits will also
include a wash station with running water and compressed air.
All pit area
is covered by speakers with translation of all necessary information. Few LCD
monitors shows online information from counting system.
COUNTING SYSTEM
MyLaps RC
decoder is installed. Counting system is organized on base of RCM Ultimate
software. Supplied with double MyLaps loops and decoders for backup. Current
racing information is available on LCD monitors in pit area. Double electric
supply with UPS is provided
FOOD
Canteen is in operation
during all race days. Everybody can have Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and for
reasonable prices. Snacks and soft drinks are provided during all race day.
BATHROOM FACILITIES
The bathrooms
are installed. Everybody can take shower. The Sauna house is available by
request.
ACCOMMODATIONS, PARKING
AND TRANSPORTATION
International
Airport is placed in 50km from Raceway in Saransk city. Car rent is available. Raduga
Raceway is placed in recreation area of Russia in 50km from Saransk and in 5 km
from Bolshoy Vyas village. Daily transfer will be organized for those who
prefer to stay in hotels in Saransk. Camping area for tents and RV is available
on the territory of Raduga Complex. A few cottages for rent are available in
Bolshoy Vyas in 5km to track.
